OSHO - Meditation

I attended two days OSHO - Meditation camp last week. It was just a casual go to understand their meditation techniques. I was looking for sit and concentrate kind of meditation... But to my surprise, all the meditation techniques thought to me were with dance. I haven't practiced dance earlier. This was a good drill exercise to me. all meditations were for about 1 hour and we need to dance with background music. It was a hard exercise to heat / vibrate your body well to energize... I realized the trick to be like this - You can appreciate coolness only if you know the severity of the hot. I personally felt it is too hard for old people to follow these meditations as it was tough for youngsters like us (But actually I am wrong as I saw a video later where many old people are doing these mediations well after good practise)

Generally, OSHO's meditations are different and interesting. His thoughts and preechings also differs from other sages. He has many meditation techniques like laughing meditation, crying meditation, sit in dark meditation etc... He proposes easy to do meditation techniques that can be followed in our routine life.

Last but not the least, He teaches the concept of self-realization well. There is no God but only Godliness exists...
